Despite being located in a poor district, the hotel is conveniently close to Taksim Square, allowing easy access to popular attractions. The furnishings matched the pictures, hot water was available and towels were changed twice during our 6-night stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering assistance with taxi calls, food orders, and providing a new entry card. The reception was open 24/7 and a friendly parrot named Eric added to the atmosphere. The location was a 15-minute drive from a popular area, with taxis available at a good price. Highly recommended!
