Despite being located in a poor district, the hotel is conveniently close to Taksim Square, allowing easy access to popular attractions. Reviews mention the helpful and kind staff, who ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are cleaned daily and come with fresh towels. The kitchen facility is an added bonus for making breakfast. there is a grocery shop right in front of the hotel.
The internet connection is reported to be slow or unreliable, particularly in the evenings.

The furnishings matched the pictures, hot water was available and towels were changed twice during our 6-night stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering assistance with taxi calls, food orders, and providing a new entry card. The reception was open 24/7 and a friendly parrot named Eric added to the atmosphere. The location was a 15-minute drive from a popular area, with taxis available at a good price. Highly recommended!
